Snowpants, badges, fun on Rockland’s sledding hill

ROCKLAND — Several members of the Rockland Police Department invited families to join them on a sledding hill on Mechanic Street, Saturday morning, Feb. 5, 2022 for some wintertime fun.
Sixteen degree temperatures were no match for the lighthearted crowd, who continued their fun long after the cocoa ran dry.
Midway through the 90 minute sledding session, Rockland Police Sgt. Scott Solorazano could already foresee many more community events involving RPD.
