NEW HAMPSHIRE — Rosemarie H. "Billie" (Hannigan) Davis, 92 of Amherst, NH, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. She was born May 11, 1925, the daughter of James and Bertha (Taylor) Hannigan. Rosemarie graduated from Lawrence High School, class of 1942 and attended McIntosh Business School, MA.

She was a long time resident of Andover, MA, moving to Maine for several years upon retiring from AT&T Technologies after 30 years of service. She enjoyed reading but most of all, spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Harrison Davis and sister, Joyce Lynch. Rosemarie is survived by her son John Hamilton and his wife Joanne of Merrimack, NH; daughter Debra and husband George Mayo III of Amherst, NH; four grandchildren, Jeffrey

Hamilton of Portsmouth, RI; Krys Hamilton of Peterborough, NH; Tara Blaney of Chichester, NH; Garrett Mayo of Amherst, NH; nine great-grandchildren and several nephews and neices.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October, 21 at Pine Grove Cemetery in Searsmont, ME. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215
