ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity from May 23-June 19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

June 5

Caleb Hall, 23, of Wayne, was arrested by Officer Antonio Del Vecchio for operating under the influence. (alcohol and drugs).

Michael Gardner, 49, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for speeding, 15 miles over the speed limit.

June 7

Joshua Clough, 23, of Port Clyde, was arrested by Officer Jacob Powers for operating under the influence, with a prior.
