ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Nov. 18-Dec. 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Nov. 18

Erik W. Hoagland, 36, of Edgecomb, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for inspection violation.

Nov. 22

Danny E. Koenig, 56, of Warren, was charged by Sgt. Jim Moore with operating under the influence.

Brian D. Gasser, 63, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with operating without license and violation of restrictions.

Nov. 23

Justine Sawyer, 50, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Jonathan Poole for inspection and insurance violations.

Dec. 4

Deborah Duke Chatfield, 62, of Rockport, was arrested by Del Vecchio for warrants.
