Rockland Police beat: Indecent conduct, driving to endanger
ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Aug. 21-28. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Aug. 21
Lydia Powell, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
Delmarkis Edwards, 19, a transient, was issued a summons for theft.
Aug. 23
Russell Ackerman, 33, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for driving to endanger.
Anthony Luce, 39, of Owls Head, was issued a summons for failure to pay drivers license reinstatement fee.
Mustaf Abdille, 30, of Lewiston, was arrested for violation of conditions of release and disorderly conduct.
Aug. 24
Espen McQuatters, 22, of Camden, was arrested for operating under the influence.
Aug. 25
Robert Demmons, 60, of St. George, was issued a summons for indecent conduct.
Nicholas Brown, 30, of Rockport, was issued a summons for an unregistered motor vehicle over 150 days.
Kimberly Young, 21, of Rockland, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
