WARREN — The PITCH sports facility in Warren is in the second week of its free Safe Play Program in which the facility is donating time and space in its sports facility until Feb. 27 to provide a safe place for kids to play and socialize during the pandemic. 

This free program is open to anyone in the community looking for a safe place for recreation during the winter months, but spots are limited due to the Maine CDC safety guidelines.

The Pitch will be divided into quarters to further separate grade cohorts during assigned times. Participants must pre-register in their designated school district time slot so staff can monitor group cohorts and numbers. This program is first come, first served. 

Masks must be worn at all times. 

Schedule (2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.)
Monday: Medomak schools
Wednesday: Belfast schools
Thursday: Camden schools
Friday: Oceanside schools
Saturday: Adults
