ROCKPORT — The Midcoast Recreation Center is pleased to announce the facility will be able to open more broadly Friday, June 12 and will be able to offer private, semi-private and small group tennis instruction. 

Additionally, the tennis arm of the MRC is pleased to welcome Lena Rich to its tennis staff for the summer. 

Rich, a recent graduate of Oberlin College, is an Edgecomb native and tallied a 16-3 singles record and a 22-7 doubles record while a member of the Oberlin women’s tennis program. 

The North Yarmouth Academy graduate will be assisting with the MRC’s summer tennis camp sessions and will be available for private instruction.
