The Maine Fishermen’s Forum is now accepting seminar proposals for the upcoming Forum on March 5-7, 2026, at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine.

New Processes for 2026 This year your seminar RFP will be submitted through Google forms. You may follow the link in this email, or access the application link through our website.

A few things to note:

• All proposals are due by November 28, 2025.
• Proposals will be vetted by our board of directors and all submitters will be notified of placement or rejection by December 19, 2025.  
• The primary contact named on your RFP submission must be available to work with us in January as we prepare the final details on presenters and seminar descriptions for publishing on the website and in the program.

Association Meetings at the Forum If you wish to apply for space for an association meeting, or to use meeting space for any reason, please use the same seminar proposal application. Meetings will be placed on a space available basis, with priority given to educational seminars.
