Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Nov. 20-24.
Douglas Colby, 52, of St. George, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 21 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Chad A. Delano, 46, of Rockland, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
Robert Dootson, 48, of Rockland, attaching false plates, $100 fine; failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Keenan R. Jones, 53, of Waldoboro, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended there years; failing to make oral or written accident report, 45 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, one prior, $900 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended; violating condition of release, two counts, 45 days in jail.
Gary S. Keating, 52, of Thomaston, shellfish harvesting license violation-commercial, $300 fine.
Craig A Luce, Jr., 51, of Warren, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
William A. Mooney, Jr., 34, of Friendship, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.
Sean M. Perry, 20, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Jay S. Stroud, 73, of Quechee, Vt., failing to extinguish fire, $100 fine.
Amanda L. Thurston, 29, of Friendship, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $750 fine.
Jonathan M. Vickerman, 37, of Tenants Harbor, attaching false plates, $150 fine.
Travis Melvin Wadworth, 44, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Timothy D. Wall, 45, of Hope, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Jason R. Walsh, 35, of Laconia, N.H., probation violation for original conviction of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, five years in prison with all but 16 months suspended, probation three years.
