Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 9-13.
Tobias Q. Andrews, 24, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Nathaniel Atwell, 35, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Mark R. Baron, 57, of Rockland, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Brian Barrett, 40, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Caitlyn Butler, 27, of Bristol, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Dustin T. Doliber, 28, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Zachary A. Dorr, 19, of Bucksport, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Gail P. Gleason, 63, of Union, operating under the influence (drugs or combo), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.
Sheri A. Gray, 38, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, dismissed.
Tyler Gricus, 29, of Rockland, violating condition of release, $500 fine; operating under the influence (alcohol), $750 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Carrie Groth, 36, of St. George, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, $350 fine; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Patrick Haskell, 52, of Cushing, commercial shellfishing without a license, first, $100 fine.
Sarah L. Havener, 31, of Owls Head, probation violation, original conviction, burglary, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Ari J. Hecht, 55, of Rockland, operating after registration suspended, $150 fine.
Foy Hildings, 48, of Cushing, fishing or taking shellfish from closed area, $300 fine.
Tyler James, 22, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Virginia L. Lime, 59, of Braintree, Mass., operating under the influence (alcohol)-no test, $600 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Christopher King, 24, of Newburgh, violating condition of release, dismissed.
Carrie Lawrence, 24, of Jefferson, violating condition of release, seven days in jail, possessing revoked, fictional or fraudulent license/ID card, 48 hours in jail.
Steven A. Look, 50, of Thomaston, violating protection from abuse order, four months in jail.
Wendy Macfee, 52, of Vinalhaven, failing to make oral or written accident report, $250 fine; failure to register motor vehicle, $150 fine; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Jesse McFadden, 36, of Bucksport, domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unconditional discharge.
Larry D. Nix, 38, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Carl Peterson, 41, of Bristol, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Jacob Pike, 26, of Trevett, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail; operating vehicle without license, 24 hours in jail.
Mark A. Post, 46, of Rockland, criminal trespass, $250 fine.
Brianna M. Pozerycki, 21, of Cushing, endangering the welfare of a child, $350 fine.
Heath W. Prior, 32, of Cushing, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Alexis Overstreet, 22, of Bridewater, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce, dismissed; use of drug paraphernalia, $600 fine.
Linda Rackliff, 33, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $750 fine.
Sarah W. Reder, 38, of Thomaston, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, dismissed.
Ever A. Vasquez, 24, of Morgan City, La., operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Kenneth J. Wooster, 44, of Rockland, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation two years; criminal conspiracy, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed; violating condition of release, two counts, 30 days in jail.
Kathleen Zable, 25, of Rockland, probation violation, original conviction, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
