Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND —The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Sept. 7-11.

    William Bakker, 32, of Rockland, failure to pay tax or file return, three counts, in Rockland Jan. 1, 2015 (one count) and Jan. 1, 2016 (two counts), 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, administrative release sentence one year, restitution $26,244.78; operating under the influence (drugs or combination), one prior, in Rockland Dec. 26, 2019, $700 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended three years; violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 26, 2019, 48 hours in jail.

    Benjamin K. Burgess, 41, of Warren, violating condition of release in Warren Sept. 9, 2020, 48 hours in jail.

    Shaun Heena, 43, of Beverly, Mass., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Aug. 10, 2018, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Aug. 10, 2018, $575 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 30 days.

    Sarah McLain, 24, of Damariscotta, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, failing to make oral or written accident report, and failing to stop for an officer, all occurring in Rockland March 8, 2020, all dismissed.

    Harold D. Sandelin, 38, of North Haven, aggravated criminal invasion computer privacy on Vinalhaven July 6, 2019, dismissed.

    Evan West, 22, of Liberty, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Hope Dec. 30, 2019, dismissed.
