ROCKLAND — In honor of Earth Month, Green with Envy Salon + Spa of Rockland and Camden is once again partnering with Aveda to collect donations to support clean water. Throughout the month of April, stop into either Green with Envy Salon location and make a donation to the Natural Resources Council of Maine. As a thank you, donors giving $5 or more will be able to select a tag from our donation tree, which contains hundreds of valuable discounts and prizes for Green with Envy Salon and our local business partners.

In addition, Green with Envy Salon will be participating in Aveda's annual Global Cut-A-Thon on Friday, April 29 from 3-8 p.m. at both the Camden and Rockland salons.

Stylists from Aveda salons around the globe — from Tokyo to Sydney, Moscow, New York and more — volunteer their time to offer haircuts in exchange for a donation to Earth Month. All haircuts will be $30, with no appointment needed. Simply come to either of our locations and help us to keep Maine's waters clean!

Over the past ten years, Aveda salons have raised more than $38 million to support clean water projects around the globe.
