Sandi Cirillo will lead a Botanical Drawing workshop on Saturday, June 27, from 9 a.m. - noon, at Merryspring Nature Center. 

In this 3-hours class, students will learn how to draw various types of flowers and leaves using a variety of easy to follow drawing techniques. 

"It's easy to draw flowers once you know how to break their structure down into shapes," said a Merryspring news release. 

Participants will be working with flowers at Merryspring as inspiration. 

"We may even add a bit of watercolor to our drawings if we have time," said the news release. 

The cost of the class is $25 for non-members and $20 for members. Please call Merryspring at 207-236-2239 to register. Class size is limited to 12 students. Materials fee of $5 per student will be collected in class. 

Please meet in the Ross Visitor's Center at 8:45 a.m. to start at 9 a.m. Parking is available in the upper and lower parking lots.
