Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 21 - March 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Feb. 21
Conner Gould, 20, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on City Point Road.
Feb. 23
Dustin Wood, 30, of Hampden, was arrested for three counts of failure to appear.
Ronald Carpentier, 52, of Augusta, was issued a summons for violation of a protection order.
March 3
Timothy P. Nichols Jr., 43, of China, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued a summons for speeding 63 mph in a 40 mph zone on Belmont Ave.
March 4
Corey D. Deschamps, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and issued summonses operating without a license, and possession of alcohol by a minor on Cross Street.
Cristin Harvey, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for possession of a schedule W substance on Stevens Lane.
Dustyn Wood, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Stephenson Lane.
March 5
Darrell C. Ogden, 66, of Winterport, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Waldo Ave.
Daniel Littlefield Sr., 65, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with an expired Maine license on Route 1.
Sara Kate Leather, 26, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.
