    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 26 - Nov. 13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Oct. 26

    Timothy C. Sweetland, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft of services on Church Street, stemming from an incident Oct. 9

    Anthony L. Sweetland, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft of services on Church Street, stemming from an incident Oct. 9. 

    Oct. 30

    Jack Littlefield, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on High Street. 

    Nov. 3

    Philip Dulude, 52, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Front Street. Dulude was also issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Starrett Drive Nov. 7. 

    Nov. 4

    Scott Swift, 33, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Perkins Road. 

    Kayla Garcelon, 29, of Northport, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Perkins Road. 

    Nov. 5

    Cheyenne T. Bragdon, 23, of San Angelo, Texas, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Waldo Ave. 

    Libby L. Seda, 26, of Morrill, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Route 1. 

    Nov. 6

    Nathaniel Penney, 19, of Knox, was issued a summons for possession of liquor by a minor on Belmont Ave. 

    Laura Walsh, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Banks Road. 

    Roger L. Perkins, 71, of Belfast, was arrested for (two counts of) failure to appear. 

    Kirby G. Bradford, 54, of Montville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Chris E. Tripp, 43, of Monroe, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on Route 1. 

    David J. Burch, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Raymond Brown, 18, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release and burglary on High Street. 

    Nov. 7

    Destiney E. Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Drew D. Krumbholz, 40, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street. 

    Cynthia Anthony, 69, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Congress Street. 

    Melissa Brown, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Lincolnville Ave. 

    Nov. 8

    Meisha Rice, 38, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Nov. 9

    Sean C. Baker, 47, of Freedom, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Thomas H. Bassler, 69, of Belmont, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, operating without a license (in violation of conditions/restrictions), leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and violating conditions of release on Searsport Ave. 

    Nov. 10

    Wayne Parsons, 52, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Route 1.
