BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 31 - Nov, 8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Oct. 31

Danielle M. Tessier, 42, of Penobscot, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation. 

Nov. 4

Nicole Hall, 37, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Starrett Drive. 

Nov. 5

Kathleen Winslow, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for operating after suspension, an inspection sticker violation, and failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Ave. 

Nov. 6

Ryann Kenney, 30, of Knox, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation. 

Benjamin E. Williams, 51, of Belfast, was issued summonses for terrorizing and assault on Cedar Street Oct. 31.
