BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 20-23. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 20

John Ellis, 31, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road. 

March 21

Charles Resh, 41, of Searsport, was issued a summons for aggravated assault on Route 1. 

March 22

Kenneth J. Cole, 60, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Northport Ave. 

Diane C. Ryder, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Northport Ave.
