BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 29 - April 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 29

Nicholas R. Chesser, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Route 1. 

April 1

Charles L. Frattini, 57, of Thomaston, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Fairground Road. 

April 4

A Belfast minor was issued a summons for carrying a passenger beyond conditions/restrictions on Main Street.
