BELFAST —Belfast Police reported the following activity March 7-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 7

Gary J. Weiss, 55, of Portland, was issued a summons for speeding 60 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Ave. 

March 14

Judith K. Stein, 83, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 32 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Miller Street. 

Leonard E. Bierman, 52, of Sorrento, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Route 1. 

James H. Graham III, 48, of Belfast, was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order on Congress Street. 

Ashley Souza, 28, of Jefferson, was arrested for failure to appear.
