BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 19-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Feb. 19

Joe-Pete Saucier, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Feb. 21

Morgan E. Elwell, 24, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for harassment on Main Street. 

Feb. 22

Tammy J. Porter, 50, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Swan Lake Ave. 

Stephanie N. Pyne, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Front Street. 

Larry A. Rackliff, 67, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Pitcher Road. 

Feb. 23

Kiernan M. Stall, 21, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street.
