BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 14 through Oct. 26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Oct. 14

Charles W. Resh, 40, of Searsport, was issued a summon for theft by receiving stolen property.

Oct. 20

Scott W. Lee, 28, of Litchfield, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Searsport Avenue.

Oct. 21

Joshua F. Neal, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on High Street.

Oct. 24

Darren K. Moulton, 53, of Belfast, was arrested for an unpaid fine.

Oct. 25

Tyler D. Cherry, 19, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle with visible emissions and an inadequate tire.
