Belfast Police beat: theft, obstructing public way
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 12 - Jan. 1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Dec. 22
Matthew B. McIver, 32, of Monroe, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Dec. 27
Scott M. Davis, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument on Starrett Drive stemming from an incident Nov. 1.
Jason E. Rawn, 44, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for obstructing a public way on High Street.
Dec. 29
Faye A. Noble, 55, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Lincolnville Avenue.
Dec. 31
James Levensalor, 74, of Dover-Foxcroft, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light on Belmont Avenue.
Leslie R. Nickerson, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Belmont Avenue.
Leonid Richter, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Bayview Street.
Jan. 1
Wayne B. Cousins, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Main Street in Belfast.
