BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 2-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Nov. 2

Robert McKinney Jr., 23, of Unity, was arrested for gross sexual assault.

Nov. 4

Jennifer J. O’Brien, 38, of Sedgwick, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

Nov. 7

Stuart C. Haaf, 31, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension and speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone on Waldo Avenue.

Tony H. Bates, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.

Ralph L. Levesque, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for (three counts of) unpaid fines.
