Belfast Police beat: registration violations, speeding

BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 31 - Jan. 10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Dec. 31
Leonid Richter, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Bayview Street.
Jan. 2
Wayne B. Cousins, 46, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Main Street.
Jan. 6
Charles R. Tarbox, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days past expiration) on Lincolnville Avenue.
Jan. 7
Patricia E. Maddocks, 53, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.
