Belfast Police beat: OUI, theft, speeding
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 17-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Nov. 17
Benjamin W. Knowlton, 54, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Smart Road.
Jessica Maddocks, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by deception on Lincolnville Avenue on June 29.
Nov. 18
Jessica A. York, 33, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle with a suspended/revoked license on Front Street. York was also issued a summons Nov. 22 for operating after suspension on Front Street.
Austin E. Hannington, 25, of Monroe, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Main Street.
Nov. 19
Stuart C. Haaf, 31, of Searsport, was issued summonses for operating without a license and failure to inform law enforcement of a concealed weapon on Searsport Avenue.
Nov. 20
Benjamin Bucklin, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on Route 141.
Diana M. George Chopin, 49, of Montville, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 30 mph zone on Marsh Road.
