CAMDEN, ME, February 20, 2023 – Press Release – Matthew Levin, Director of Hotels, and Sarah McLean, General Manager for the Bay View Collection, presented a check today to Patrisha McLean, founder of Finding Our Voices. The donation of $1,210 is in support of Finding Our Voices’ mission of survivors breaking the silence of domestic abuse all across Maine. The donation was a result of Grand Harbor Inn’s ongoing Great Rates for a Great Cause campaign. Guests who choose to participate receive a 50% discount off their two or more-night stay, and in exchange for this great discount, pledge to donate at least $40/night to Finding Our Voices. This offer began in early November, 2022 and will continue through April 30th, 2023.

Finding Our Voices is just one of several local charitable organizations that the Bay View Collection is partnering with this year. At Lord Camden Inn they are offering a similar discount to guests in support of “PAWS”, a local animal adoption shelter, and at 16 Bay View, they are supporting “NAMI Maine”, an organization that offers awareness and support for mental illness and suicide prevention.
