CHINA — On Nov. 19, at approximately 4:30 a.m., an armed robbery occurred at the China Circle K located on Lakeview drive, in China.  A male dressed in blue jeans with a black hooded jacket and mask entered the store armed with a firearm and demanded money from the cashier.  His demands were met and the male fled the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No shots were fired nor did any physical confrontation occur between the suspect and store clerk.  No other patrons were in the store at the time of the robbery.  The store is open 24/7. 

State Police responded to the store where a K9 search was conducted in the area however no suspect was located.  If you were at the store or in the area of the store between 4:30 a.m. and 4:45 a.m, call State Police at 624-7076.
