Vehicle flips onto side in Palermo wreck

PALERMO — A Dec. 26, single vehicle accident left the sole occupant with injuries to the shoulder.
The operator was traveling on Banton Road in Palermo when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, according to a media report.
Deputy Wiley McVety responded to the scene of the accident, where he found the 2002 Jeep Liberty resting on the side.
The vehicle sustained significant damage in the crash.
The 18 year old operator was transported to Waldo County General Hospital for medical attention.
