Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Sept. 8-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Sept. 8

    James Donald, 53, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford (three charges). 

    Sept. 9

    Jennifer A. Rowan, 42, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Swan Lake Avenue. 

    Sept. 11

    Brandon T. Robillard, 27, of Morrill, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating without a license on Pierce Street.

    Sept. 12

    Brian C. Sanderson, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for illegal use of inhalants on Commercial Street. Sanderson was issued another summons for the same offense on High Street Sept. 13. 

    Byrlynne Ellis, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on High Street. Ellis was later issued summonses for assault on a police officer and assault on a corrections officer at Waldo County Corrections. 

    Sept. 13

    Ryan D. Stockburger, 31, of Interval, N.H., was issued a summons for operating with an expired license (90+ days) on Route 1. 

    Sept. 14

    Tyana C. Chadwick, 20, of Prospect, was issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Northport Avenue.
