ROCKLAND — David L. Harper, 71, died July 31, 2014, at Quarry Hill in Camden, following a period of declining health. A full obituary will be published.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Aug. 23 at 11 a.m. at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland. The Rev. Wayne Sawyer will officiate. A reception will follow at 104 Limerock.
