BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 6 - May 5.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
April 16
Joshua Dyer, 32, of Bangor, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
April 27
Julio Demasani Rose, 19, of Dixmont, was arrested for operating under the influence (cannabis) on N. Main Street in Winterport.
Harold Lavin, 56, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Winterport.
May 5
Justin D. Landers, 22, of Monroe, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Main Street in Unity, stemming from an incident Oct. 20, 2024.
Diane D. Baker, 62, of Winterport, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Monroe Road in Winterport.
