BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 25 - March 19.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Feb. 25

Adella M. Russell, 51, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Flanders Road in Northport. 

Feb. 26

Raymond I. Bowman, 58, of Augusta, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Stickney Hill Road in Liberty.

Anthony L. Merrill, 43, of Vinalhaven, was arrested for operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road in Belmont. 

March 4

Scott Clark, 36, of Swanville, was arrested for two counts of gross sexual assault. 

March 8

Garrett E. Cullivan, 20, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
