Maine Recovery Action Project to gather at State House for Black Balloon Day
AUGUSTA — On March 4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Maine Recovery Action Project (ME-RAP) will gather at the Maine State House for a powerful day of advocacy and remembrance in honor of Black Balloon Day. This event will bring together individuals in recovery, advocates, and supporters to engage directly with lawmakers about life-saving legislation addressing the overdose crisis in Maine.
