BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Dec. 24 - Jan. 2. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 24

Thomas Cross, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence aggravated assault on Ryan Road.

Dec. 25

 Zebediah J. Maker, 39, of Liberty, was arrested for failure to appear.

Dec. 27

Antonia Flagg, 30, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Northport Ave. 

Dec. 28

Thomas F. Hallahan, 49, of Barrington, New Hampshire, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street.

Kyle Downs, 32, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft on Lincolnville Ave.
