Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Nov. 16 - Dec. 18.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 16
Lucas Small, 46, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Ave.
Dec. 13
David Roberts, 40, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
Dec. 15
Michelle Reynolds, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful trafficking of a scheduled drug, failure to stop for law enforcement, operating after suspension on Belmont Ave.
Dec. 14
Justin M. Wilson, 38, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, operating under the influence, and operating after suspension on Lincolnville Ave.
