Nichole Barry, MD, joins MaineHealth Waldo Hospital
BELFAST — MaineHealth Waldo Hospital welcomes Nichole Barry, MD, to its Rheumatology department.
Dr. Barry comes to MHWH from Dignity Health Medical Group in San Francisco, California, where she spent five years as a Rheumatology physician. Before that, she spent 23 years as a Rheumatology physician at Sports, Orthopedic And Rehabilitation (SOAR) Medicine Associates in Redwood City, Calif.
Dr. Barry earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Boston in 1990 and graduated from Wellesley College with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut in 1993 followed by a fellowship program in rheumatology and non-operative sports medicine at Stanford University in 1996.
