Hot Suppers to heat up the night at Tinder Hearth Nov. 16
Saturday, November 16, Tinder Hearth and The Hot Suppers Band will host a dinner and a dance. A cauldron of soup, wood-fired Tinder Hearth bread and drinks will be available for purchase starting at 5 p.m. The Hot Suppers will take to the barn stage at 7 p.m.
Picture this: The darkness has arrived, you fill your car with friends and drive out to the spot where you can feel the sparks tingling, you smile when you pull into the parking lot and are greeted with cheering parking attendants who set the night right. You’re at the legendary food stop Tinder Hearth in Brooksville. The barn is glowing with love and warmth — open the door, smell the wood fired goodness, pour a libation. The Hot Suppers are playing and the woodstove is fired up, and the crowd is dancing up a storm.
The Hot Suppers are a six-piece, Americana dance-band showcasing a mix of original and vintage blues, country, and rock and roll. Dynamic, harmonic, rhythmic and electric, the band features Annadeene Fowler, vocals; Tom Fowler, vocals, mandolin and baritone sax; John Pranio, vocals, fiddle, harmonica and guitar; Pete Davis, vocals and electric guitar; Jeff Densmore, vocals and drum kit; and Adam Nordell, bass guitar.
Tinder Hearth is at 1452 Coastal Road, Brooksville. Advance tickets available now at www.tinderhearth.com.
