Waldo County Superior Court closed cases

BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court May 1 - Aug. 15.
John Tyler, 76, of Lewiston, two counts of acquiring drugs by deception in Belfast July 7, 2013, and July 9, 2013, both dismissed; two counts of theft by deception in Belfast July 7, 2013, and July 9, 2013, both dismissed.
John W. Ginnish, 64, of Plymouth, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 29, 2014, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Belfast Sept. 28, 2014, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 28, 2014, license suspended for 150 days and $575 fine.
