BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 25-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 25
Paul F. Spear Doble, 79, of Hanover, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for unlawful sexual touching on Pinnacle Road in Liberty, stemming from an incident May 25.
June 26
Phillip C. Gardiner, 36, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening, domestic violence terrorizing, and violating a protection order on School Street in Unity.
June 27
Scott L. Tower, 34, of Unity, was issued a summons for operating a vehicle not within license class on Waning Road in Unity.
