Northern Light Blue Hill, Maine Coast Hospitals announce True North Awards
ELLSWORTH and BLUE HILL — Winners have been announced for the local 2023 Northern Light Health True North Awards in Blue Hill and Ellsworth. Over 60 employees and departments were nominated for one of five individual and one team awards recognizing behaviors and accomplishments that exemplify a profound and impactful dedication to the Northern Light Health promise.
The six categories, related to “Making Healthcare Work for you,” include Raising Quality, Making Access Easy, Guiding the Way, Seeing the Individual, Shining Star, and Constellation.
During the annual Employee Appreciation Thank-Q BBQ this week, each hospital hosted a celebration for all nominees and announced the winners.
