Early this morning, Dec. 21, at approximately 1 a.m., the Waldo County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a single vehicle roll over crash in the area of 906 North Main Street in Winterport. 

Upon arriving on the scene, they found that three people were in the vehicle and that one of them had been killed in the crash. 

The deceased passenger was identified as Isaac Miller, 18, of Searsport. 

The other two occupants were identified as Monty Judkins, 23, of Bangor and Skylar Schvertt, 21, of Bangor.   Both were transported to the Eastern Maine Medical Center. 

The crash investigation is in its preliminary stages.  More information will be available as the investigation progresses. 

“Early indications lead us to believe that speed and alcohol are factors in the crash,” said Waldo County Sheriff Jeffrey Trafton, in a news release.
