WASHINGTON – William S. Orne, Jr., 70, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, May 6, 2018. An informal gathering will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland.
