Wellness Wednesdays seeks volunteer providers with holistic services
ROCKLAND — The Knox Clinic and Coastal Recovery Community Center (CRCC) are calling for volunteers to join the Wellness Wednesday program. Held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 1-3 p.m., Wellness Wednesdays create a welcoming space for community members to connect, recharge, and access holistic services that may otherwise be out of reach.
The program is actively seeking volunteers who can offer services such as acupuncture, Reiki, sound therapy, chair massage, yoga, art therapy, or other holistic practices. Volunteers are invited to participate on a schedule that works for them—whether it’s monthly, quarterly, or occasionally.
Wellness Wednesdays provide a vital opportunity for community members to receive care and connect with one another in a supportive environment.
"The CRCC and Knox Clinic are excited to expand this program with the help of volunteers who share a commitment to improving well-being in the community," said Knox Clinic, in a news release.
By joining the program, volunteers will play a meaningful role in fostering wellness and connection in the community, all while contributing their unique skills to a positive and inclusive environment.
