Wednesday Waldo Walk at Head of Tide Preserve in Belfast
BELFAST — Coastal Mountains Land Trust will host another Wednesday Waldo Walk on February 12, at 10 a.m., at the Head of Tide Preserve in Belfast.
Wednesday Waldo Walks are led by Waldo County Conservation Initiative member Bindy Pendleton. Each month, Pendleton guides hikes along different trails throughout Waldo County.
All are welcome. This hike will cover approximately two miles with slight elevation. Hikers should meet at the trailhead at 10 a.m.

Directions: From downtown Belfast, take Main Street west and immediately turn right onto Waldo Avenue. In 1.5 miles, turn right onto Doak Road. Parking area is on the right immediately after Doak’s Machine Shop.
Coastal Mountains Land Trust has worked since 1986 to permanently conserve land to benefit the natural and human communities of the western Penobscot Bay. The Land Trust has protected over 13,000 acres, offering 55 miles of trails for public recreation.
