Waldoboro Police beat: Stolen cell phone, arrest warrants
WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 127 calls for service from Jan. 9-17. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Jan. 11
Shawn Sabins, 34, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Larry Hesseltine on a warrant.
Ricky Lash, 59, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Hesseltine for operating under the influence.
Jan. 13
Mark Tocco, 54, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Chris Spear on a warrant.
Jan. 16
Officer Thomas Bartunek is investigating a report from a citizen of the theft of a phone. The phone was found and no charges were pressed by the complainant.
