Waldoboro Police beat: Domestic violence assault, stolen tools

    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 47 calls for service from Nov. 22-28. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

    Nov. 22

    Tristan Hebert, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Chris Spear on a warrant. 

    Nov. 23         

    Peter Borch, 31, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Santheson for operating without a license, and operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device. 

    Nov. 25        

    Officer Dennis Remillard is investigating a report from a citizen of the theft of medications. 

    Nov. 26         

    Dymond Malmstrom, 22, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Remillard on a warrant.

    Nov. 27         

    Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen of stolen tools.

    Devin Davis, 31, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Fuller for domestic violence assault.
