Waldo County Unified Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 11-17. 

    Carlton Elliott, 34, of Augusta, probation violation in Stockton Springs Oct. 11, 2020, six months in jail and probation revoked. 

    Richard Westin, 78, of Deer Isle, domestic violence assault in Belfast Aug. 1, 2021, dismissed. 

    Darlene L. Peabody, 51, of Jackson, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson Aug. 23, 2021, $250 fine.

    Tyler J. Damon, 31, of Stockton Springs, violating a protection order in Frankfort Oct. 16, 2021, one year in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation. 

    Max McFarland, 33, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Swanville Nov. 11, 2021, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Douglas Noble Sr., 55, of Searsport, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Northport Oct. 22, 2021, dismissed; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Waldo County Oct. 22, 2021, six months in jail; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 22, 2021, eight years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, $1,625 restitution, and $400 fine.

    Carl S. Turcotte, 52, of Bradley, probation violation in Winterport June 27, 2022, probation continued and no sentence imposed; operating without a license in Winterport March 19, $150 fine. 

    Kevin Turgeon, 21, of Orono, assault in Winterport July 13, 2022, $300 fine. 

    Tyler Ellsworth, 34, of Swanville, probation violation in Swanville Aug. 8. 2022, one year 211 days in prison and probation revoked. 

    Bradley Gerry, 56, of Pittsfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Aug. 12, 2022, 10 days in jail. 

    Marty A. Ashworth, 50, of Prospect, operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport March 26, 2022, nine months in jail and $1,000 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsmont July 27, nine months in jail and $1,000 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsmont July 27, 10 days in jail. 

    John Ronayne, 19, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (fighting) in Frankfort Nov. 2, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Frankfort Nov. 4, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Nov. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort March 30, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 26, dismissed. 

    Brian W. Knight, 50, of Freedom, domestic violence assault in Freedom Feb. 14, six months in jail; failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry in Freedom Jan. 8., 60 days in jail; domestic violence aggravated assault in Freedom May 11, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Freedom May 11, dismissed; domestic violence assault in Freedom May 11, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Freedom May 11, dismissed; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Frankfort Aug. 7, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Aug. 7, 30 days in jail.

    Christopher D. Leonard, 66, of Palermo, reckless conduct in Palermo Nov. 13, 18 months in prison with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Nickolas G. Philbrick, 27, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort April 29, dismissed; domestic violence aggravated assault in Frankfort March 11, dismissed. 

    Edwin P. Pendleton, 56, of Islesboro, operating under the influence on Islesboro Dec. 22, dismissed. 

    Kimberly Shahan, 32, of Etna, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Winterport Feb. 15, dismissed. 

    Asa Robbins, 75, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast May 6, $250 fine. 

    Heather Merry Gallant, 42, of Belfast, criminal trespass in Belfast March 24, $150 fine. 

    Samantha J. Reed, 33, of Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks April 28, dismissed. 

    Sawyer W. Hewson, 20, of Waldoboro, violating a condition of release in Liberty July 8, dismissed. 

    Rachel Bernard, 37, of Howland, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Winterport May 24, 10 days in jail and $400 fine.
