BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court May 8-27.

James R. Bohan, 53, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Brooks June 1, 2013, 12 days in jail, license suspended for 90 days and $500 fine.

Donna J. Boulter, 36, of Knox, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise) in Knox Oct. 3, 2012, $100 fine.

Roxanne J. Conroy, 25, of Brooks, forgery in Troy July 30, 2012, one year in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $2,107 restitution.

Donald P. Lamarche, 35, of Brooks, probation violation Belfast Aug. 10, 2010, 20 months in prison and probation revoked; violating conditions of release in Belfast Nov. 15, 2010, 24 months in prison and probation revoked.

Joshua Locke, 25, of Knox, probation violation in Thorndike June 4, 2013, six months in jail; probation violation in Thorndike June 4, 2013, six months in jail and $400 fine; probation violation in Thorndike June 4, 2013, six months in jail; probation violation in Thorndike June 4, 2013, six months in jail; probation violation in Thorndike June 4, 2013, six months in jail.

Mark D. Meierdirk, 40, of Unity, probation violation in Unity Feb. 11, 2013, 65 days in jail probation partially revoked and continued.
