BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 1-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 1
Ryan Dingley, 41, of Thorndike, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, violating a condition of release, and operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 7 in Brooks.
Feb. 24
Jason McAllister, 40, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Reynolds Road in Brooks.
Robert Davis, 51, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Bangor Road in Unity.
Feb. 26
Raymond I. Bowman, 58, of Augusta, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Stickney Hill Road in Liberty.
Anthony L. Merrill, 43, of Vinalhaven, was arrested for operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road in Belmont.
