BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 15-22.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 4 (late entry)
Daniel S. Cunningham, 30, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry on Murray Road in Frankfort.
Dec. 31
Debra Wood, 37, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence in Swanville.
Thomas F. Herbest, 41, of Newburgh, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and two counts of violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Jan. 6
Ke-Shawn Brown, 21, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
Jan. 7
Zebediah J. Maker, 39, of Liberty, was issued summonses for four counts of violating a condition of release and operating after revocation on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
